Do you bundle services from outside Uganda?
Yes. Many Ugandan households subscribe to international services (Netflix, Showmax, Spotify, etc.) — we manage those alongside local services and provide cross-currency tooling for USD/EUR-billed ones.
Can I pay in UGX or only USD?
Both. Bundles are billed in either USD or UGX-equivalent at your choice; cross-border subscription costs are settled in their billing currency with transparent FX.
How does customer support work?
Local Kampala office plus WhatsApp Business. Standard response times are within a few hours during local business hours.
